Very tactical and difficult two races in beautiful weather

Day One was surprisingly warm and sunny for Medemblik, the first half of the first race was windy - 12/14 knots - while the rest of the day was lighter and shiftier.
Very tactical day for everyone.
The first bullet went to Scheidt / Sperry BRA/USA and the second one to Schoenherr / Wright DEN/GBR, while the best of the day and provisional leaders are Szabo / Iverson USA

Thé 2026 Star European Championship is officially open in Medemblik 🇳🇱
Sunny and windy, too windy for the practice race, and with a very entertaining opening ceremony!
Tomorrow the game is on, 70 teams will battle it out on the iconic waters of one of Sailong meccas, one of the toughest.
17 nations, 20+ among World and Continental Champions, it will be one Silver event to remember
