Start your day with good rounds, good people, and a cup of coffee before work with Coach Alex. Whether you’re looking to get some training in before the day begins or just enjoy some early morning rolls with the crew, we’ve got you covered.

Come celebrate the end of the week with us! Flow rolls, hard rounds, laughs, and all the good vibes with Professora Alê. Whether you’re a competitor, hobbyist, beginner, or just looking to move, connect, and enjoy the community, this is your mat.
