Our Toddler Soccer Group Series is back this August on Fridays & Saturdays, and it’s so much more than learning to kick a ball.
Each class is thoughtfully designed to help toddlers build confidence, coordination, and connection through play. We’ll:

One of our favorite parts of our Partner & Baby Series is hearing from the families who have walked this path before. Each week, one of our alumni joins us to share their real experiences, honest reflections, and practical wisdom as they navigate parenthood.
This week, I had the joy of welcoming my partner of almost 10 years and the father of our three incredible kiddos, .justin, to lead part of our discussion. Watching him share his perspective on becoming a dad, supporting a postpartum partner, and growing alongside our family reminded me that there is no perfect parent—just parents willing to show up, learn, and love well.
These conversations are what make this series so special. They’re real, vulnerable, encouraging, and a reminder that none of us are meant to do this alone.

For mamas and their little ones 6–18 months, this series is so much more than a workout—it’s a space to reconnect with your body, bond with your baby, and find your village.
Each week, we’ll blend gentle yet strengthening Pilates with sensory play, songs, movement, and opportunities for your little one to explore alongside other babies. While your baby is learning, playing, and reaching new milestones, you’ll rebuild core strength, improve posture, and gain confidence in your postpartum body—all in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
Whether your baby wants to cuddle, crawl, snack, or nap, they’re welcome exactly as they are. 💜

What a beautiful Wednesday morning at Pilates in the Park! 🌿✨ We loved moving together under the trees at Kensington Library Park before getting creative with our friends from Doodle Bug Designs. Watching little hands create, caregivers connect, and our community slow down together was such a special reminder that wellness is about so much more than exercise—it’s about finding joy, building friendships, and making memories with our little ones.
