Tomahawk Sportfishing is looking for a full time 1st Captain with a 100 Ton MMC and STCW certification. Looking for a long term commitment from the right candidate. Competitive salary and ownership shares in the business available for “sweat equity”. The qualified candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and strong leadership qualities to lead a sportfishing crew. Candidate will have experience running a passenger sportfishing boat in California, knowledge of local Fish and Wildlife laws, and ability to maintain all the systems of the fishing vessel.
