I joined LONG RUN SUNDAY RUN CLUB to get my 90-minutes ( 7+ miles)in today. Getting ready for this TCS New York City Marathon in November. Pray for me…I’m behind in training! 😂

We had a good time on THIS MONTH’S UNITY RUN joining Black Girls RUN! San Diego for the 15th Black Girls RUN! Anniversary celebration! We are proud of our sistahs for continuing to spread Health, Wellness and the love of running to our folks! 💕 We also said “farewell” to our brotha Leon who will be heading to Nashville to continue his life’s journey! “Safe travels to you brotha…we’ll make it out there to see you! I know Black Men Run NASHVILLE (Black Men Run Nashville) will be happy to have you join their ranks!”
