It’s the art of turning awareness inward, observing our thoughts, emotions, and patterns without judgment.💭
Instead of trying to control what’s happening around us, we learn to understand what’s happening within us.
And how we interpret our inner landscape reflects in how we interpret the outer. As within, so without. The microcosm of the macrocosm.
So we can start with the roots. Start by going WITHIN. And then go from there 😇
