Etchells San Diego - Fleet 13

Fantastic weather and tight racing marked July ODW, event 1 of the CSC (Corinthian Summer Championship).

Next event of the CSC is Aug. ODW (8-15/16) which will be sailed in South Bay. This is always a popular event for Fleet 13 sailors because of South Bay venue which offers good breezes and the flat water makes for even closer racing since it is easier to sail the boat at target speed.

The fleet will overnight at C*C (Coronado Yacht Club) on Saturday night and there will be a Fleet 13 sponsored party at C*C after racing on Saturday. Trophy presentation for C*C will take place on Sunday afternoon at the Etchells Hoist after completion of haul out.

Fleet 13 Launches the 2026 Corinthian Summer Championship

One of the great dynamics of Fleet 13 is the fact that we have a large group of very competitive Corinthian teams. The Summer ODW series has traditionally been a series where Corinthian teams go head to head. Our goal this year was to create an expanded event to foster great head to head competition among the Corinthian teams.

To that end the Fleet 13 Officers are pleased to announce the 2026 Fleet 13 Corinthian Summer Championship (CSC), running concurrently with 2026 July and August ODW, with special prizes and expanded social events.

The 2026 Pacific Coast Championship was decided on tiebreaker after three boats finished tied on 13 points following five races.
