Compared to much of coastal San Diego, East County communities often offer larger lots, more space, and better overall value.

3️⃣ The outdoor recreation is unmatched.
From Cowles Mountain, Lake Jennings, Flinn Springs, Oakoasis …adventure is always close by. If you go further east you can access Potato Chip Rick from Mount Woodson in Ramona!

4️⃣ The food scene deserves way more attention.
Authentic Mexican food, coffee, BBQ, & breweries and hidden gems are everywhere—you don’t have to drive downtown for an amazing meal.
