One of the biggest mistakes people make is expecting progress to be linear.
They see a week where the scale doesn't move, body fat doesn't change much, or things even trend in the wrong direction, and they assume what they're doing isn't working.
The reality is that meaningful change takes time.
A single day, week, or even month doesn't tell the whole story.
Scale weight and body composition readings can be influenced by so many factors, including hydration, sodium intake, carb intake, hormones, stress, sleep, workouts, and cycle changes. That's why short-term fluctuations are completely normal.
When you zoom out and look at the bigger picture, that's where the power of consistency becomes clear.
The people who see long-term results aren't usually the most perfect. They're the ones who keep showing up, even when progress feels slow.

Moving from gym coaching to online coaching wasn’t an easy decision. The cost of running a physical gym kept increasing, and we didn’t have enough memberships to keep up with rising rent.
We have also always believed in a more complete approach to health. Real progress usually comes from multiple pieces working together, not just one workout a day. Things like nutrition, routines, stress, sleep, mindset, consistency, and family life all play a role in long-term progress.
That’s why we shifted toward a more complete lifestyle approach to coaching. Our mission didn’t change. We just expanded the way we help people.
