THIS SUNDAY!!! Join your favorite F45 coaches for our yearly BAY DAY! Hyrox inspired workout starts at 10am, followed by team competitions, games, and beach fun at the bay!!!! First 25 attendees receive a free gift, we will be serving up pizza/beverages, entering you into raffles, and sweating in the Sunday all day, so bring your friends and vibe with us💪🏽🤙🏽 Workout will be grass/street based so please wear sneakers 👟

Our athletes CRUSHED this weekend in Anaheim, with our very own coaches and snagging first place overall in the ski-erg for doubles women!!! All of our athletes crushed it and we cannot wait to see more of our members shine in the next one. Hyrox Sunday’s returning to F45 in January 😈🦾

Did someone say party? Our Look Good Feel Festival was a rager so we are going to run it back this weekend with our Annual Ugly Sweater Beer Pong Tourney! We will be celebrating our 45-day challenge winners, enjoying cocktails, and tearing it up at studio!!!! Happy Thanksgiving F45 FitFam!!! We love this community so much and are so proud of all of your accomplishments, especially our 45-day Challenge participants, who just submitted their finals scans yesterday.
