People ask me all the time why I keep talking about OPG.

When Ken invited me to collaborate on this project, I didn’t want to build just another Glute Lab. I wanted to create a Glute Lab Satellite where anyone could experience the same training philosophy I use in my own gyms, with some of the best glute equipment from around the world all in one place.
