Midweek Highlight 🦋
Focused on moving our body in healthy ways, required in daily repetitive motions:
1. Hinging at knees and hips with a straight spine and lifted chest and head, to pick up things off the floor
2. Being able to lift our hips up off the floor, in a reverse table top, opposite the common table top position.
3. Instead of the old style sit up which flexes our spine and causes compression, we strengthened our core with boat pose, requiring grounding through sitz bones, lifted belly, tucked ribs, and focused on moving removing rounding out of the low back.
