Held and Healed in pillars, movement in me.
Unseen Transformation.

Wat Metta offers sovereignty
— inner work, discipline, clarity, nature and grounding.

Wat Lao offers beauty
— traditions, art, pillars, pageant, dancers, and papaya salad.

Most people live split between the two.
The comfort in one vs. the other.

The flowers are easy to see. 💐
The integration is packed inside.

I thank my soul and my soles for moving me forward.
Someone who once wanted to run, now moves with grace. Now I travel lighter. There’s no rushing integration in the transitions anymore
(except train transfers in 🇯🇵).

Warren Wisdom: “you’ll take your sh*t with you”.
He meant the patterns. The parts you hadn’t face.

You can’t escape yourself. Your patterns, thoughts, wounds, habits — they travel with you.
Wherever you go, you take yourself with you.
You bring your stuff with you.
Geography doesn’t heal what awareness hasn’t.
