20+ years in the wellness taught me something wild about manifestation.
It’s funny because I used to roll my eyes 🙄 at the word.
At 18 yrs, I watched patients survive things they had no business surviving. I didn’t understand at that time, but I know now after my own experience, that it was because their mind and nervous system were working with their body, not against it. ❤️🩹

I spent years in emergency medicine watching people show up in crisis — and I kept asking the same question: what if we could see this coming? 💭
Little did I know then, but that question became a big part of my future career.
After UC Irvine, ER work, gas chromatography research, teaching for the Princeton Review, I learned first-hand that biology can tell a very honest story about what’s happening in the body — if you know how to read it. 🧬
