Season after season, it doesn’t get any easier — but wow, is it gratifying.

From the outside, people often see the performances, the wins, the polished moments. What they don’t always see is everything underneath: being a business owner while working full-time outside of it, wearing the hats of choreographer, mentor, leader, and human all at once. The logistics, the long calls, the heavy lifting, the sleepless nights spent planning, meetings, budgeting, financing — and most importantly, loving and caring for all 74 of our company members while doing my best to stay rooted in my authentic self and the intention behind this studio.

This piece holds all of that. The exhaustion, the passion, the doubt, the devotion. I am endlessly grateful for every dancer who trusts me, every supporter who believes in us, and every soul who helps make this space what it is. My goal has always been simple: to grow, to lead with love, and to create something real — together. 🤍
