I offer personal training for adults, especially women, in-person and via Zoom. I help you get fit and strong so you can stay active, do the things you love and live life to the fullest! I focus on strength, cardio, flexibility and balance training so you become strong and stable from the inside out. I've been helping people across the U.S. become the best version of themselves that they can be since 2015.

Trying out my new InBody FRA (Fall Risk Assessment) device. Here's two of the eight video games that help you improve your balance. The first one challenges your side-to-side stability. The second game challenges your forward-to-backward stability! They're harder than they may appear!

Are you losing FAT...or MUSCLE?

The scale can't tell you what you're losing. But my InBody can!

When seniors diet without strength training and without enough protein, they often lose valuable muscle along with body fat. These first image shows someone in the "normal" weight range, but a closer look shows they have too much body fat and not enough muscle (SMM), a state known as "skinny-fat" or "sarcopenic obese." The three lines on the graph are shaped like the letter "C." We want them to look like the letter "D," with the SMM line longer than the Body Fat Mass line. WHY?

*Staying independent

I re-measured myself on our new InBody body composition assessment "device." My weight went down 2+ pounds, but my score dropped from 85 to 84, because I lost slightly more muscle than body fat! It's important to keep muscle mass while losing body fat, but I haven't been exercising much since Donna's back surgery.
