Every morning at The Togethership we start the day off with Activation Meditation, utilizing breathing techniques to help set a calm, energized tone for the day by reducing stress and boosting mental clarity before the day’s distractions begin.

This year we’re (re)welcoming MOTUS back to campus, but this time as FULL TIME PTs. They are now officially on-site 5 days a week as well as available after school!

Coach Holley will assist with recovery and appointments can be made with the MOTUS team to get your body right and back on the court/field!

Scenes from our Parent Orientation! This week we invited our parents to our facility for an opportunity to learn more about the staff, structure and programs that their student athletes will be experiencing this coming school year.

We introduced our BTS Staff, coaching staff, teachers, recovery programs, and nutritionists!

It takes a village but at the end of the day, we want the best for our students, so we strive for excellence of what matters!

This year we’re proud to partner with Chef Jenny Messing of The Little JEM Kitchen to provide our student-athletes with the healthiest, tastiest, nutritional meals and snacks to best fuel their athletic bodies for optimal recovery and performance.
