For almost 2 years, YNG has had two beautiful homes in san Clemente..:
Now we are bringing them together.
ONE community
ONE family
ONE studio
ONE YNG
our North Beach location will have it final classes on Friday, August 28, but this isn’t the end of the North Beach community!
It is the beginning of something new.
By coming together, under one roof, we create the opportunity for more connection, more energy, more collaboration, and more room to grow.
Our instructors remain the same
Our classes remain the same
You’re familiar times remain the same
Our non-heated practice remains the same
The heart of North Beach remains💙🙏🏼
And now we get to experience what happens when all of that energy comes together. There is something powerful about choosing togetherness, about choosing community over separation, about honoring what we have built, while having the courage to evolve..:

Today we are sharing that NORTH BEACH will be closing his doors, with our final day of classes being on Friday, August 28.
This is not a decision we made lately. We have done everything we could to make two locations work because we genuinely loved when NORTH BEACH became
But sometimes, moving forward means coming together.
The proximity of our two STUDIOS has made it increasingly difficult for both communities to grow independently. And we believe the strongest, most sustainable, and most beautiful future for YNG is to become one.

and here’s a beautiful part:
We are not leaving NORTH BEACH behind… We are bringing it home!
Your favorite NORTH BEACH instructors are coming with you. Your favorite classes and familiar class times will remain. The peaceful, non-heated practice you love remain remains the same.
We are thoughtfully bringing elements of NORTH BEACH into our downtown YIN room~ creating a space at honors where we’ve been while making room for where we are going…

MEMORIAL DAY | HONORING STILLNESS, SACRIFICE & SERVICE

at YNG STUDIOS NORTH BEACH, we hold this day in~ a time to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy in the lives that made them possible.
Today, we remember an honor of the brave souls who gave their lives and service. We carry their memory into our breath, our movement, entered the stillness and space between.
In this tranquil space we created together ~ one built on intention, healing,~ we recognize that every moment on the mat is a gift.
Every inhale is freedom. Every exhale is gratitude.
Let today be a sacred pause
To remember. To honor. To feel.

Join Colette for this deep and profound work with the medicine of cannabis. Cannabis meditation is a sacred practice that allows us to access the deeper wisdom of the body. When you meditate with CANNABIS in your system, the felt effects and the medicinal benefits of cannabis are multiplied. Cannabis is a sacred plant medicine that is often overlooked in our modern world. This practice reminds us of her inherent power, and how we can work with her to heal trauma, expand nervous system capacity, and, connect to the The Vine. We will be smoking cannabis together as part of the session. Please bring your preferred strain that you work with, either as a small joint of the cannabis flower, a glass pipe or a dry herb vaporizer. And there will be plenty provided to share for anyone that doesn’t know how or what to bring. No large glass pieces with water please. If edibles is your preference, please bring that that is welcome. Bring us snack for afterwards and a water bottle with a sealed lid. We always encourage crystals our sacred objects to amplify your meditation. Can’t wait to see you in our NORTH BEACH location!!
