As we continue through this transition, we’ll keep sharing updates as we receive more information. Some of these requirements may change, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

As of August 25, 2026, we are adding Palmetto State Armory (PSA) orders and TSRA (Texas State Rifle Association) members to our qualifying factors list.

For those who qualify, the current process for picking up a suppressor with a 4473 and no Form 4 is:

1. Purchase your suppressor through Silencer Shop or Palmetto State Armory.
2. Provide proof of membership with GOA or TSRA.
3. Complete the required ATF Form 4473.
4. Complete the NICS background check.
5. Once everything is completed and approved, take your suppressor home.

We’ll continue to update you as we get more information and work through the transition. Thank you again for your patience!
