Ten years ago, my father, my wife, and I set out with one goal: build the baddest tackle shop San Antonio has ever seen — a shop with real knowledge behind the counter and real experience on the water.
With the incredible support of San Antonio and the fishing community, WE DID IT.
My father, Rip, would be so proud to see what Outdoor Alphas has become today.

If you’ve been in the shop lately, you’ve seen it happening. Our inventory has more than tripled, and we’ve expanded way beyond tackle. We’re now stocking marine electronics, trolling motors, kayaks, and more, while continuing to bring in the fishing gear our customers ask for.
And now we’re getting ready for something BIG. 👀🔥
This September, PENN is coming to Outdoor Alphas!
We’re putting together a special event at the shop, and we’ll be dropping the official flyer and details next week.
