Coaches and Senior candy camp award recipients! 💜📣💜

Day 1 is officially in the books! 💜📣
What a day filled with growth, teamwork, and memories in the making! Our seniors carried on one of our favorite camp traditions by presenting their Senior Sweet awards to teammates who made a special impact on Day 1.
We also celebrated our Best Game Day and Heart of a Warrior patch recipients -athletes who truly embodied excellence, leadership, and what it means to represent Pieper Cheer.
We're just getting started, and we can't wait to see what the rest of camp has in store!

Our Leadership Team kicked off preparations for UCA Camp this week with breakfast and a leadership workshop centered on leading with purpose.
We focused on building meaningful relationships, investing in others, leading with a heart for people, and applying principles from Mel Robbins' 5 Second Rule to take action with confidence.
We're proud of these leaders and excited to watch them make a positive impact on our team this season. 💜
