We know CrossFit can feel a little daunting at first, but we hope Saturday showed you that it can also be SO MUCH FUN. 👏

One of the best parts of Saturday was seeing so many of our members bring along friends and family to experience a Texan Tough workout for themselves!
It was a chance to sweat together, have some fun, and give our guests a little glimpse into what their friends and family get up to at the gym every week. 💪
We loved having everyone there and getting to share a little bit of the Texan Tough community with the people who matter most to our members.
TODAY WAS A LITTLE DIFFERENT AT TEXAN TOUGH. 😂🔥
Pajamas, inflatables, dresses, fun outfits, and plenty of gym clothes made their way into the gym today! 👀
And of course, once it was time to work, everyone still showed up and crushed it. 💪

Last Saturday, Coach Autumn, Coach Kiz, and Texan Tough athlete Iliana put their strength, endurance, and teamwork to the test by taking on the TFX Throwdown as a team. It's awesome to see the Texan Tough crew take their training to the competition floor and challenge themselves in a whole new way.
