Just a few moments throughout the years we got to share rehearsals, congress weekends, the stage, social dancing, and TIME with Arturo 🤍
We all become such good, good friends who always showed up for each other and held each other responsible. We always laughed and ate and danced everywhere and anywhere we could. We spent so much time inside and outside the studio and all across Texas.. We will all miss you so, so dearly, Art, and we are so grateful to have so many wonderful memories to look back on with each other 🥹
Thank you for always doing everything with all your being and with so much discipline. Tukum-Pá could not be more proud to have been your first dance 'home' 🫶 Everything you went on to do after - all the dancers you inspired, all your own personal growth, and all the love you shared - made our hearts so happy.

The end of 2023 is approaching but the start of our performance season here!

Our 8th member this season: Sabrina! 😁
You may recognize her from our previous ladies 'bachacha' season, and here's your chance to get to know her!
Sabrina has been dancing for about 29 years, and even teaches ballet folklórico and musical theater alongside her profession as a Bilingual Elementary School Teacher 📚 She's been shaping young minds for 22 years! 🤩
She is married and has a young daughter and two step-daughters, and she still finds time to make it to rehearsals and put in work 💪 She said one of the reasons she continues to perform is so she can show her daughters that "you are never too old to do what you love." ❤️
Our second Scorpio this season 🦂, Sabrina continues to show us her determination and passion for dance 🔥...along with her bravery. 😌
After overcoming many medical issues, she is looking forward to regaining her dance skills and confidence. 💁♀️
Fun fact: her birthday is actually on Halloween 👻 🎃
Which is how she got her name! 🐈⬛
She enjoys ALL types of music - from classical to metal - and she says that her favorite food is "something that [she's] never tried before". She loves to explore and try new things, and will be taking a trip to Rome in a few weeks! 🧳
