No-Gi isn’t just a different way to train—it’s one of the best tools for making your Gi game sharper.

Join us for No-Gi classes this week:

Thursday
• 7:00 AM — GB1
• 8:00 AM — GB2

Friday
• 6:00 PM — All Levels

Open Mats
•Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm
•Friday and Sunday at 10am

Why train No-Gi?
đź’Ş Develop stronger body control
⚡ Improve speed, movement & reactions
🧠 Learn to create and escape positions without relying on the Gi
🔄 Build better transitions and scrambling ability
🥋 Develop skills that directly carry over to your Gi game

No-Gi forces you to rely on technique, timing, pressure, movement, and control—making you a more well-rounded grappler in both Gi and No-Gi.

Train both. Get better at both.

Girl, just start.

That first step onto the mats can feel intimidating. Maybe you’re nervous, unsure, or wondering if you’ll fit in.

Let us remind you: you don’t have to know what you’re doing. You just have to show up.

GBF classes are a space for women to learn, grow, get stronger, and build confidence—one roll, one class, and one step at a time.

So, girl… just start.
Your jiu-jitsu journey begins with that first step.

Come step on the mats with us. We’ll meet you there.
