Tired of hearing about arm soreness? Watching throws go wild or just missing a runner by a step? Let’s take a look at the mechanics behind the throw and see what we can do. I’ve been helping to develop solid throwing mechanics in athletes for years and am excited to see more parents taking the time to take care of their children’s arms.

Now is your chance to get a throwing eval done and come up with a plan to improve her velocity, accuracy and most important take care of that shoulder.

I’ll be doing throwing evals this Thursday night from 4:00-9:00 at House of 88. One-on-one 30-minute sessions. Video pre and post, data, visual assessment, conversations, recommendations and drills, and a plan.

If interested please text 210-867-7647 with your athletes name, age, any major concerns/goals with throwing, and a 1-2 hour window on Thursday that would work for you. From there I’ll verify your spot and send payment instructions. Pre-payment is required, no refunds. Let’s go!
