Lifter Sofia Valdez hitting 2 huge bench PR's on bench with 200lbs touch N go and then 225 for a double to a 2 board. First day back in a bench shirt in 2 years and she is looking to put up a huge bench in another 8 weeks with her return to the platform

Great training day out at the Southside Strength Gym! Reverse band floor press to a 1RM. Sofia getting 190, Gary getting 245 and Jason with an easy 295.

Brutal workout session today. Roy hitting a front squat PR with 365, Gary blasting through some high rep squats with chains and Sofia hitting a decline bench PR with 160. That's how we roll out here at the Southside Strength Gym!!!
