It is with a heavy heart to share the passing of our dear friend, classmate, and golf member of The Pan American Golf Association, Victor Lafitte passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026.

Please keep his wife Debra Lafitte and his kids and all the Lafitte family in your prayers.

Great Tournament Saturday Quint City Champship Round! Awesome time and Congrats to all the Winnners!

Greetings Members. Another National Tournament has come to an end.
We showed up with 18 members!! Almost 50% of the chapter took on Myrtle Beach like a BOSS!! I would like to personally thank all those who forged the trip and battled the severe weather and course conditions. This one will definitely be remembered.

Good morning! We've made a dream come true by delivering all the donated hoodies, sweatshirts, backpacks, and school supplies to Science Hall Elementary school. They were ecstatic and thankful. We're indebted to all the golfers, our North Hays members, and participants from Fort Worth, Austin, Lockhart, and Seguin chapters who contributed to this success during our Golf Tournament on Saturday, Dec 14th at Jimmy Clay.

OUR NEXT OUTING OF 2024 WILL BE @ Jimmy Clay Golf Course, 5400 Jimmy Clay Dr., Austin, Tx.,78744

What: Sweatshirts and Hoodies donated for children at Science Hall Elementary. This is a Title 1 school in Hays County.

Grades Pre-K through 5th. If you want to make a monetary donation, the funds will be used to purchase other items needed by the school.

All donations will be delivered to the school on Dec 16th or 17th. Pics will be posted to our page.

When: Saturday, December 14, 2024 **40 players MAX**

Time: 10:30 AM (Progressive tee times)

Cost: $64 (includes green fees, cart & range balls)

Tournament fee: $20 (1st,2nd & 3rd place paid in each flight, depending on the # of players participating)

Optional Wagering: $20 Flight Skins, $10 Par 3 Kings (per flight) & $20 Super Skins.

LAST DAY TO WITHDRAW: Monday, December 9, 2024 @ 12:00pm! Please take note, golf courses are becoming more strict about reporting final numbers for tournaments. North Hays PAGA will be held responsible for the # of players on final count. Therefore, if a player withdraws after deadline to withdraw and there is no one of waitlist to replace him/her, player will be held responsible for tournament costs. NO SHOWS will be held responsible for tournament costs.

PUTT EVERYTHING OUT! Handicaps in effect. USGA (last 9,6,3,2,1 holes) tie breaker method used to break all ties. (starterschack computes)

OUT OF BOUNDS OR LOST BALL: If you hit your ball out of bounds or deemed lost, two options: Hit provisional from tee box (3rd shot) or determine where the ball went out of bounds or last point of entry of lost ball, move to nearest point on edge of fairway equidistant to the last point of entry to lost or out of bounds ball. (4th shot)

USGA RULES OF GOLF ARE IN EFFECT. It is a player's responsibility to be aware of the rules of golf (how rules are applied and its consequences) If any rules. Following amendment applies: If any rules dispute cannot be resolved within your group, play another ball and approach Tournament officials after the round. DO NOT SIGN SCORECARD UNTIL DISPUTE IS RESOLVED. North Hays PAGA Board Members will resolve any questions of the rules and disputes. Their decision is final!

Two signatures per scorecard. Verify score are correct before signing scorecard. SCORES ARE FINAL WHEN SCORECARDS TURNED IN TO TOURNAMENT OFFICIALS.
