I’m so excited to get back on the mat with you!

Join me October 5–9 for a week of Ashtanga practice — Mysore Monday through Thursday and Led Primary on Friday.

Come for the full week or drop in when you can. Beginners are absolutely welcome! If you’re new to Ashtanga or Mysore and would like to start building your own practice, this is a great opportunity to begin.

Whether you’ve been practicing regularly or it’s been a little while, just come as you are and let’s practice together. 🤍

For years, we walked into the Shala knowing Ana would be there—watching, guiding, encouraging, and quietly holding space for our practice.

The Shala may be gone, but our teacher is not. And neither is the relationship built through all those years of practicing together.

Ana’s teaching has become woven into us—her voice in our breath, her guidance in our practice, and her encouragement in the moments we want to give up.

And now, so many of us are teachers because of her.

What Ana gave us was never meant to stop with us. Every time we step into the role of teacher, a little of what she taught us continues through the students we now guide.

This is parampara—the sacred thread of teaching passed from teacher to student, and then from that student to another.

Patañjali reminds us in Yoga Sutra 1.26 that the wisdom of the teacher is not bound by time. Perhaps it isn’t bound by place either.

The doors may close.
The address may change.
But the thread does not break.

We keep practicing.
We keep teaching.
We keep passing it on.

**Join me October 5–9 at Nourish Healing Collective** for a full week of Ashtanga practice.

I’ve truly missed my students, our mornings together, and the beautiful energy that comes from sharing the practice in the same room. I’m really looking forward to seeing familiar faces, reconnecting, and getting back on the mat together.

**New to Mysore? This week is for you, too!** Beginners and new students looking to develop a self-practice are very welcome. Mysore allows you to learn at your own pace with individual guidance, building your practice gradually and with confidence.

For students who are completely new to Mysore, **a commitment of at least 3 days during the week is required**. Consistency is an important part of learning this method and will give you the time to begin building a practice you can continue on your own.

And with **Kino MacGregor coming to San Antonio October 30–November 1**, this is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your practice and our community before her visit!
