We're taking a moment to celebrate a true champion of our community, Commissioner Rebeca Clay-Flores, Bexar County Commissioner Pct. 1 and her incredible team, whose unwavering commitment to Arts in Play and Veterans in Play continues to make a profound difference in the lives of San Antonio's seniors and veterans.

Because of her stewardship, we're able to keep doing the work we love most: using the power of performing arts and play to combat isolation, build self-sufficiency, and champion the wellbeing and dignity of the people who have given so much to our community. This partnership is rooted in a shared belief that every senior and every veteran deserves connection, joy, and the chance to keep growing.

Our Ambassadors and staff got to cool off with a sweet treat thanks to E&J’s Sweet Treats and Lemonade! We love these little moments to take a break, catch up, and then get back to rehearsal. ✨

Our members were out on the town this weekend, enjoying Con Mis Manos presented by Teatro Audaz San Antonio! A huge thank you to our wonderful partners at Teatro Audaz for always welcoming our seniors with open arms and making the arts so accessible to our community.

One of our favorite things is making it easy for our members to experience the arts beyond the classroom and out in the community. We’re proud to connect our members with meaningful arts experiences across our community. 🤍
