On view now through Oct. 9

ALBERT GONZALES
Unconnected with a Sense of Belonging explores the tension between isolation and connection through paintings shaped by the artist’s experiences of family, community, and solitude. Flowers become a visual language for emotions that can be fragile, resilient, chaotic, confident, or disconnected. Created in the private space of the studio and shared publicly through the exhibition, the work reflects on how isolation and belonging can exist together.
