Itâs kinda chic to take care of your loved ones. đ¤
My grandma started experiencing dizziness, and we found out she had BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo).
BPPV happens when tiny crystals in your inner ear get out of place, causing brief episodes of dizziness or spinning, especially when changing positions like rolling over in bed, looking up, or getting out of bed.
The good news? BPPV is very treatable, and physical therapy can often help resolve it with specific repositioning techniques.
But more than anything, this was a reminder to pay attention when the people we love say something doesnât feel right.
Take care of your people. Sometimes a little attention can make a big difference.
