๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”ฅ SUMMER SIZZLER RESULTS โ€” 21.5 TOURING CAR ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ

We saved 21.5 Touring for last, and this class gave us some of the best racing of the entire Summer Sizzler!

At the front, Domnic Paccione was the man to beat. Dom took the TQ and followed it up with wins in both A1 and A2, locking up the 2026 Summer Sizzler 21.5 Touring Championship with one main still remaining. ๐Ÿ†

Dom also laid down the fastest lap of the class with a 9.061. With the championship secured, he sat out A3, where Chris Carr closed out the weekend with the final A-main victory.

But some of the most exciting racing happened in the B-main. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

B2 ended with Ryan Garrett, Ben Parkinson, and Ian Goodfellow crossing the line separated by just 0.427 SECONDS TOTAL. Ryan led the trio home, Ben was only 0.304 seconds behind, and Ian crossed another 0.123 seconds later. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Then came B3.

Ben, Ian, and Ryan went right back at it, spending much of the race so close you could have thrown a blanket over all three of them. Ian found himself nearly half a lap behind multiple times, only to fight his way all the way back into the battle.

Everyone outside was watching, oohing and aahing at the close calls and cheering them on as the battle kept tightening up. It was easily one of the most fun races to watch all weekend!

Steve Pease took the B1 and B2 wins, while Ben Parkinson closed things out with the B3 victory.

And because apparently renting race cars became a Summer Sizzler tradition, Gary Ellison joined the B-main action behind the wheel of Domnic Paccione's touring car. ๐Ÿ˜‚

From Dom's speed at the front to a B-main that had the crowd cheering, 21.5 Touring was a perfect way to close out our Summer Sizzler class recaps.

Congratulations to Domnic and everyone who came out and raced with us! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”ฅ

๐Ÿ’งEver wonder what happens after everyone goes home?

The racing might be done for the night, but the work isnโ€™t! ๐Ÿ

Every night after we close up, the off-road track gets watered and prepped so the dirt can soak overnight and be ready to do it all again the next day.

Hereโ€™s a little time-lapse of last nightโ€™s wateringโ€”because apparently watching us walk around with hoses is much more entertaining at 10x speed. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Just a little behind-the-scenes look at the nightly routine that keeps RMRCR rolling! ๐ŸŽ๏ธ๐Ÿ’จ

๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”ฅ SUMMER SIZZLER RESULTS โ€” F1 & F2 ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ

Next up in our Summer Sizzler class recaps is F1 & F2! Both classes shared the track for the weekend, giving us two separate battles happening at the same time.

In F1, Robert Gillespie Sr. started from the TQ position, but the triple mains didn't begin the way he hoped.

Clifton Nicholson came out strong and took the A1 victory, while Rob finished back in fifth. With only two mains remaining, Rob had no room for error if he wanted the overall win.

And he delivered.

Rob bounced back with a win in A2, setting up A3 with everything still on the line. When the tone sounded for the final main, Rob did it again, taking his second straight victory and completing the comeback to become the 2026 Summer Sizzler F1 Champion! ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ”ฅ

Rob also saved his fastest lap for A3, laying down a 9.970. โšก

Cliff's A1 victory followed by second-place finishes in A2 and A3 secured second overall, with David Coffin completing the F1 podium.

Our F2 racers competed alongside the F1 field, with their own Summer Sizzler podium up for grabs.

From fifth in A1 to back-to-back wins in A2 and A3, Rob had to earn the F1 championship the hard way, while David came away as our Summer Sizzler F2 Champion!

Congratulations to both champions, all of our podium finishers, and everyone who came out and raced F1 & F2 with us! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”ฅ

One class recap remains... and we may have saved some of the best racing for last. ๐Ÿ‘€
