Year Six at the helm.
Nate Parsley stepped onto the pool deck for the first practice of his sixth season leading Salisbury University Swimming, following five years that have transformed the trajectory of the program.
Since taking over in 2021:

🏟️ Program-best NCAA Championship finishes for both teams
⏱️ 100% of Salisbury program records broken during his tenure
🏅 68 All-NJAC performances
🇺🇸 17 NCAA Championship participants
⭐ 8 NCAA All-America event performances
🌊 67–13 combined dual-meet record
🥈 An NCAA National Runner-Up (Addi Wood, 1650 free)
🔥 Salisbury’s first-ever men’s First Team All-America relay
📚 Continued success in the classroom with Academic All-America and Scholar All-America recognition
What began as a rebuild after COVID has developed into conference championships, national-level performances and new standards throughout the program.
And now, Year Six begins.
