⛳️ MEN’S LEAGUE END-OF-YEAR SCRAMBLE! ⛳️

Mark your calendars for the ultimate season finale! We are wrapping up an incredible year with our 27-Hole Scramble on Sunday, October 18th!

Here is what you need to know:
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM Sh***un Start🏌️‍♂️ Format: 27 holes of pure scramble fun, featuring a completely different team for each 9 holes! It’s the perfect way to mix it up and play with new guys.

🚨 PLAYER CAP & ALTERNATES:We are strictly limiting this event to a 60-player grid. The first 60 players to sign up are locked in! However, we absolutely need alternates on standby, so please put your name down even if the main list fills up.

💵 Pricing:
Members: $40
Non-Members: $60

Members Only: Signup is OPEN right now! Members get an extra week of exclusive priority, so take advantage of it!

Non-Members: Signup officially begins on Monday, September 28th.

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

📅 Schedule & Tee Times

Day 1 (Saturday): Flexible Tee Times

You must make your own tee time by calling the course or booking online.

You must play with at least one other player who is also registered in the tournament.

8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: This block is saved for member priority. You must call the course to book a spot during these hours.

Outside 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: You can book these slots normally by calling or booking online.

Day 2 (Sunday): Flighted Tee Times

Players will be organized into flights (groups based on similar scores from Day 1).

The very first tee time for Day 2 will begin at 12:00 PM (Noon).

💰 Tournament Costs

$25.00 entry fee for the tournament (Includes Cart for Both Days!)
$5.00 optional skins game per day ($10.00 total if you play both days).

We already have 52 players signed up! Make sure to call in or sign up in person to secure your spot!

Tuesday, 9/8: Salem Match

🏆 2026 Club Championship Weekend
The big tournament is here! Please note the special course hours for members:
Saturday, 9/12: Tournament action begins. Tee times are blocked for members from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Call the Pro Shop now to secure your morning slot!

Sunday, 9/13: Championship final rounds. The course will be CLOSED after 12:00 PM.

🎉 Couples & Scramble Events
Friday, 9/4: Last Friday Couples! Grab your partner for a fun evening on the course.

Saturday, 9/19: West Washington Basketball Scramble. Note the modified course hours: 1/2 day only (Closed from 2:00 PM ON).
Sunday, 9/20: West Washington Basketball Event continuation. The course is CLOSED all day.

Sunday, 9/27: Scottsburg Match (Away at Westwood).

Calling all Western Hills Country Club members!
It is time to assemble our ultimate squad for the upcoming 27-Hole Match against Green Acres Golf Course.
We need our Best 24 golfers to step up, represent, and take home the win! 🏆

📅 Date: Saturday, August 22, 2026
⏰ Time: Sh***un start at 9:00 AM
📍 Location: Green Acres Golf Course
💵 Member Cost: $65 (Includes $30 Course Fee, $25 Bet, and $10 Big Skin Bet)
🏌️‍♂️ Match Format
This is a 2-man team format with 36 total points up for grabs (18.5 wins!).
First 9: Scramble
Second 9: Best Ball
Final 9: Alternate Shot
(Scoring: Win = 1 point, Tie = 0.5 points per 9-holes)
⚠️ Important Note: Tournament directors will select the final top 24 players from the signup sheet. We also need extra golfers to sign up as alternates in case of any dropouts.
