What if the next 7 days changed the next 7 years of your life?
Over the years, we’ve watched incredible people arrive feeling overwhelmed, burned out, uncertain, and disconnected—and leave with renewed confidence, meaningful friendships, a clearer sense of purpose, and a fresh perspective on life.
Path to Pura Vida is far more than a 7 day retreat. It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself through yoga, meditation, personal development, adventure, and a supportive community that will inspire you long after you return home.
If you’ve been feeling that quiet pull toward something more, don’t dismiss it. Sometimes the most meaningful changes begin with the simple decision to say yes.

Whale Yoga & Sound Healing Workshop just added to the schedule with Stuart Reed Saturday November 21st at 2pm.

This immersive yoga & sound experience is inspired by our ocean’s most extraordinary creates, whales! They are masters of breath, energy conservation, communication & deep listening. They move with power, yet know when to be still.

In this 90 minute experience, you’ll explore these qualities through yoga, breath, movement, meditation, music & sound. You’ll be immersed in whale video & imagery, flowing postures, breath work & a gong sound bath designed to evoke the mysterious depths of the ocean.

Come explore below the ocean with us 🌊 All levels are welcome, space is limited, registration is required. Register from the “creative classes & workshops” tab on our website link in our bio. We can’t wait to have you!
