We have a new teach: Emily — Emily 🌱

Emily has been hitting the mat for over a decade, but got serious in the last 5 - culminating in graduating this summer from HVL YTT (ＪＥＳＳ) at the Body Electric - and will now be teaching with SolSeed

*This weekend she will be teaching a vinyasa flow with a little heat 🫰🔥 She is committed to creating intentional, playful spaces - for anyone interested in the mind body soul connection.

She’s currently planting seeds for more opportunities to teach
