The system addresses the psychological, emotional and spiritual (where your power is coming from) blocks that affect your movement and create sustainable and efficient patterns for continued success. I work with professional and elite athletes who are recovering from injury. I also work with the professional and elite athletes who are at a plateau and trying to surpass their current level to reach the success they know they can achieve. Once an athlete changes the way they fundamentally thinking about their foundational movement process, everything changes.
