DEVELOPMENT STARTS FROM GROUND ZERO.

At Optimum Beach, we believe high-level players aren’t created overnight—and they certainly don’t start developing when they reach the elite level.

They start with the first touch. The first platform. The first approach. The first decision.

That is why we are making a major investment in the development of our junior athletes at St. Petersburg.

Beginning this Tuesday, August 18, Coach Olga Matveeva and Coach Brad Conners will take a direct leadership role in our St. Petersburg junior programs. Coach Madison will return to McDougald Park to lead our developmental program.

COACH OLGA
• CRTP — Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, Eckerd College 4:30-6:30 pm
• Junior Club — Tuesday, Northshore Park, 4:30-6:30 pm

COACH BRAD
• Junior Select — Monday, Tuesday & Friday, Eckerd College 4:30-6:30 pm
• Junior Club — Thursday, Northshore Park, 4:30-6:30 pm

COACH MADISON
• Junior Club — Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday, McDugald Park, 6:30-8:30

Saturday morning classes available for the fall 8 AM to 11 AM at Eckerd College from August through October with select dates and McDougall Park as well

WHY?
Because we believe our youngest athletes deserve access to the same level of coaching, knowledge, and technical eyes that develop elite and collegiate players.

Coach Olga brings experience as an Olympic Team Coach, FIVB player, and international coach. Her mastery as a coach has helped catapult many players onto the collegiate stage.

Coach Brad brings high-level experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to develop advanced junior athletes through his years as a former AVP PRO Player, FIVB-AVP PRO Coach, and Collegiate Coach.

Coach Morgan brings 4 years of a D1 national champion CCSA team experience. As an established club coach, she knows what it takes to develop our young beginner to intermediate level beach athlete.

And together, they bring something we believe is incredibly important:
