There decades of studies that show that natural light has a powerful and positive effect on mental, physical health and general well-being.
Studies also show that getting natural sunlight into your eyes first thing in the morning supports your bodies natural rhythm. There's a lot more to it but this is a fun place to start your research.
Sunlight is powerful, baby! And lucky for us we get plenty of it inside our studio. When the blinds are open and the natural light dances throughout the studio it's a magical feeling.
Come and see for yourself. You're going to love it here. 😎
We will see you at the studio this week for some natural light and yoga practice.
Come practice. Please practice. 🙏🏽🕉️

Join Ashley Ribaudo of St. Louis Ashtanga Yoga for an exploration of the Ashtanga Primary Series that honors tradition while leaving room for curiosity, play, and personal expression.
This workshop-style class will move through the sequence with a balance of Sanskrit and English cueing, offering accessible pose variations and opportunities to adapt the practice to your body and experience level.
Expect a welcoming atmosphere that keeps the integrity of the lineage while softening the rigidity often associated with the practice. We'll focus on breath, flow, technique, and connection, with space for lightness, exploration, and fun along the way!
Perfect for students who are curious about Ashtanga or looking to reconnect with the series in a less strict, more playful environment that still respects the heart of the tradition.

Your practice doesn't expect you to show up happy. It asks that you be present. It doesn't mind if you are put together, or if you are a mess. You can arrive with a jumbled mind and a heavy heart. Your practice couldn't care less if you can touch your toes or meditate for hours.
Your practice simply asks that you show up.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for practicing. 🙏🏽🕉️

Before yoga became part of your routine, there was a version of you that was longing for something.
Peace. Strength. Connection. Presence. A place to belong.
On the days motivation is hard to find, remember that version of yourself. The one who was brave enough to begin.
Maybe today's practice is simply a way of showing up for them.
Practice. Please practice. 🙏🏽🕉️

Y'all, meet Chloe!! She's joining the hOMe Yoga family as a teacher starting in July and we are so excited about it!!!
Chloe began her yoga journey at home in 2015, and she quickly fell in love with its ability to meet her exactly where she was at any point in life. Then in 2025, after a decade of practicing, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, and in 2026, she began teaching. Chloe believes that there is not one singular way yoga should look, and strives to create an inclusive environment where students can show up exactly as they are. Outside the studio, Chloe is a software engineer and musician, and has found that yoga has been crucial in finding balance between her passions. She hopes to never stop growing in her practice and to be able to share that with her students, on and off of their mats!
Join Chloe for Hatha Yoga on Wednesdays from 5:45-6:45pm.
