Discipline isn't something you have...it's something you practice, one class at a time. That's the mindset we're building on the mats this week.
It’s showing up when you’re tired. It’s giving your best effort when no one is watching. It’s listening, focusing, trying again, and choosing not to give up when something feels difficult.

Every class is another opportunity to practice discipline and those small choices, repeated over time, build stronger martial artists and stronger people.

A huge THANK YOU to all the students who came out and helped us at Dojang Workday! We got so much accomplished together — building a bench, cleaning all our gear, organizing bins, and even installing a door for our changing room!

And what’s the best way to celebrate a hard-working day? ICE CREAM!!! 🍦😋

We’re so proud of everyone who pitched in and made the day such a success.

We made it through our first week back after vacation!

Getting back into the routine can be tough, but it was great to see everyone back on the mats this week. We're ending the week with Competition Team practice and getting ready for our first tournament of the MN/IA Region season!

The Warrior's Legacy is coming up Saturday, September 19th, and we're excited to see our athletes step on the mats and put their training to the test.
