This will be our last weekend with Lake Monster brewing, they close the doors on Sunday. They’re celebrating their farewell with $5 taps… Come and celebrate this incredible brewery with us!🍻

Then the brewery will be closed for three weeks, and reopen on September 26 with a new brewer and we will be the first ones in the door! Yoga and a Pint will resume September 26 - hope to see you there! ⭐️

This Sunday is the last day of Lake Monster Brewery. 💔

Which means this weekend is our last Yoga & a Pint at Lake Monster as we know it … and we’re going out with ALL the Dolly. 🦋

We’ll have yoga as usual this Saturday & Sunday at 10:30am, followed by a pint and a whole lot of celebrating.

Then Sunday night, Lake Monster is sending things off with $5 taps. 🍺

BUT…this is not goodbye to Yoga & a Pint!

The brewery will take a three-week pause while the new owners make some updates, rebrand the space, and bring in a whole new lineup of beers.

And then…

⭐️SEPTEMBER 26 — WE’RE BACK! ⭐️

We’ll be the very first yogis in the new space, ready to check it out, roll out our mats, and be among the first to sip the new brews.

So this weekend, come help us say goodbye to a place we’ve loved ❤️ and then get ready to welcome whatever comes next.

And of course, we’re celebrating with DOLLY ALL WEEKEND because if anyone knows about turning the page and making the world a little brighter, it’s Dolly. 🦋

Come to yoga. Come have a pint. Come say goodbye. Come celebrate.

And then…we’ll see you on the other side.

Dolly. 💔

I honestly don’t even know what to say. Dolly Parton has always felt like one of those people who would just…always be here. Bigger than life, bigger than country music, and somehow still so completely human.

She was wildly talented, hilarious, kind, sparkly, hardworking, generous, and just about the best example I can think of of using your gifts to make the world a little better. She gave us music, laughter, books, stories, big hair, big dreams and SO many reasons to sing along.

I’m heartbroken that she’s gone. And so grateful that I got see her in concert a few times. (Emily Hall | Energy, Intuition )What a f-ing legend.

Obviously I will be doing an all Dolly playlist this weekend. Come join me. Rhinestones absolutely encouraged. And if you need to cry a little during yoga…well, I suspect you won’t be alone.
