As the parent, I love this example of unconditional love, helping your kids feel encouraged no matter what!

As the child, I’m glad to know how to find that encouragement when life is getting heavy and noisy.

Last night as I laid in bed I thought about the upcoming day and it just seemed like a Rolodex of things on my plate!

My wife asked if everything was ok, and this time I just told her what all those things were rather than saying “yep, I’m all good.”

It made me feel so much better to get it off my chest! But I also felt a little guilty dropping all those concerns on her like that you know?

It’s probably true that my wife shouldn’t need to be my therapist, but also you gotta have people you can circle up with and feel safe enough to let it out.

That’s what F5 is. A brotherhood of high caliber men supporting each other as we strive to be the best we can be.
