Hey friends — Tiffany at Horse Haven.

This is our home. Our herd lives here every day. When your horses come through St. George, they get the guest stalls to themselves for the night. We only take one overnight horse group at a time so nobody’s crowded in next to horses they just met on the road.

That keeps the barn safer, and it keeps it kinder. If you’re traveling with just one, they’re not standing in an empty building. Ours are here. They can see friends over the fence and still have their own space to eat and sleep.

Need a bed and the horses stayed home? The king suite can still be open — even on a night the barn is already held. Equestrians only, and we won’t add more guest horses.

There’s a calendar on the website now so you can peek before you message me. It doesn’t book you. I do.

St. George is heading into tourist season, and not everyone coming through has a horse on the trailer.

If you’re an equestrian who needs a real bed for the night — show, family, long haul, horses stayed home — the king suite here is for you. Same quiet property as the barn. Meant for people who get why that matters.

The horse rule has not changed. We still only host one overnight horse group at a time. That is the peace of this place. What is new is the suite: if the barn is already held but the suite is open, you can still sleep here. No extra horses. Just you.

We put a calendar on the site so you don’t have to guess.

Red line = reserved. A horse group has the barn. No more horses that night.

Yellow line = suite available. The suite can still be yours, even on a reserved barn night.

No color = nothing is held yet. Text me about the barn, the suite, or both.

The calendar is only to look. It does not take a reservation. I still hold the book.

We’ve been building toward this for a while, and it’s ready.

Horse Haven is now a **private overnight retreat**. One traveling group at a time.

Your horses. Our herd. Nobody else’s clients on the grounds while you’re here. That means no unknown ship-ins next door, no shared water, no shared feeders — and a quieter night for everyone. We did it so show season (and every haul in between) feels safer and more like you rented your own place, with us here to take care of them.

Sleep in the king suite next to your own horses, or stay in your LQ. You get a gate code. We live on the property, so someone is here at night. Up to 2 pets are included in the suite. Hay is included — low-sugar / low-starch or hard — or bring what their tummy already knows.

Full care is in the rate: night check with photos, cleaning, turnout, trailer parking, and tax.

Indoor from $95 · Outdoor from $65 · Suite $150 weeknights / $250 Fri–Sat
Longer stays step down. If you already have dates booked, your quoted price stays.

So grateful for an elevated barn and those concrete lips around the breezeway today 🙏💦

Left the hose handle on in the back… stainless steel hose went *boom*. Breezeway turned into a river and water flowed out both ends of the barn. But those little concrete lips? Stalls stayed bone dry. Heroes. 🦸‍♀️ Stall dry. Horses happy. Me slightly less panicked.

This hose had a 5-star “super durable” rating. Super durable for… a suburban patio, I guess. Not barn life. 😂 Everyone talks about hoses being a constant replacement item around here and they are NOT kidding. The one on the front already got stabbed by a client’s horse shoes. Rude. 😂

Horse safety is our #1 priority, so whatever they drink from has to be safe. No funky hose taste, no surprises.

Ran to Home Depot like it was an emergency (because it kind of was), stared at a wall of 100-foot hoses, asked Grok which one actually made sense for a working barn… and this is the one it picked. Fingers crossed these last longer than a year. 🤞
