A little change of plans for tomorrow! ☮️

With the cooler morning temperatures, we've decided to bring our 9AM Unity Peace Flow indoors so everyone can enjoy a warm, comfortable practice.

Parking will be available in our lot as usual!

All other Day of Peace festivities will continue as planned. We can't wait to see you tomorrow!

🪗 Coming up this Saturday. Live music. Sacred sound. Collective energy. ✨

Ananda Lila Kirtan & Friends return to Flower of Life Yoga and Wellness Center THIS SATURDAY for an evening of music, mantra, connection + community as we honor the winding down of the summer season.

Kirtan is a simple and joyful form of meditation through participatory chanting. No experience needed and no need to “know how to sing.” Come as you are — listen, sing, move, or simply receive.

We’ll close the evening by bringing our prayers and intentions to a sacred candle lighting 🕯️ as we welcome the changing season together.

As summer fades and we cross the threshold into autumn, we’re invited to pause, reflect, and honor the balance between light and dark.

Join us for a 90-minute seasonal circle centered around harvest, gratitude, balance, and letting go.
