We’re getting ready for a full day of health, wellness, and community at the YMCA of Saginaw Health & Wellness Expo! Only one week away!

Join us Saturday, September 19 from 9 AM–2 PM and spend some time exploring local health and wellness resources, meeting community vendors, checking out class demonstrations, and taking part in our silent auction.

The Fieldhouse gym will NOT be open past 4pm on Friday, the 18th, due to set up for the Healthy Lifestyle Expo. The gym will be open as usual from 2-close on Saturday.

Join us for Parents Night Out (PNO) on Saturday, September 19 from 2:00–8:00 PM at the YMCA of Saginaw! Kids ages 4–10 can enjoy a fun evening at the Y while parents get a little time to themselves.
