KSMY (Kuk Sool Mu Ye) Martial Arts teaches traditional Korean martial arts in the Sacramento area. Led by 5th Degree Black Belt Master My Mora.
Unlike other martial arts, Kuk Sool is a comprehensive style that incorporates striking, kicking, grappling, throwing, pressure point and joint locking techniques, traditional forms and weapons, and falling/tumbling.

Our KSMY team traveled to South Korea to participate/compete in the World Kido/Hanminjok Hapkido World Kido Federation Hanminjok Hapkido Association 14th World Festival & Championships.
Competitors from all around the globe gathered together. We indulged in Korean culture. We formed friendships that will last a lifetime. 🫶🏻
