EDH Tri Club was in the spin center tonight. They are such a wonderful group of athletes! Tonight's focus was building muscle strength, pedaling efficiency and hill work.

Needless to say everyone was AWESOME!!

Are you using the same training zones you did this time last year? If you're stronger then you most likely are riding / training a little easier than should be and if you have enjoyed the holiday's a bit too much, then maybe just maybe you're doing the opposite. As your fitness level changes, so will your training zones. Your heart rates will likely have changed some, and your wattages will have too. Take the time to do an assessment at the beginning of each year and during the year to ensure you are maximizing your efforts.
