The Olympic training focuses on two major lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk. Through numerous movements like front and back squats, this program will improve explosiveness and overall strength. The sports specific team training is designed to improve strength and conditioning, as well as sports specific movements. The professionals behind The Academy have proven to display a staunch history in assisting clients/members in reaching their fitness goals, while supporting long lasting work relationships that focus on goal attainment. Our facility promotes a communal environment regardless of fitness level, and caters to all populations. Our style of training combines unconventional exercise with functional mobility, explosive movements and Olympic lifts. This style of training is constantly evolving with changes in our society and
