This Artist Hand Paints Shoes for @nycballet

Tim Foster is the first official pointe shoe colorist for New York City Ballet. For more than fifteen years, he’s hand painted every pair of pointe shoes worn by the ballerinas, in a small room above the stage. Watch the full documentary I made about his life at the link in my bio!
