Capoeira Água de Beber - Sacramento, California

Capoeira Água de Beber - Sacramento, California Capoeira Água de Beber offers classes to the public in traditional capoeira and related arts at Move! Studio, 600 Broadway in Sacramento.

Capoeira Água de Beber (ADB) is a group dedicated to the practice of capoeira, a traditional Brazilian art form that includes martial arts, acrobatics, and dance moves performed in time with music played from capoeira instruments. ADB was founded in September 2000 by (then) Professor Galego (Patrick Hilligan) when he moved to Sacramento and began giving lessons. ADB is the Sacramento, CA, branch of the United Capoeira Association (UCA) and is run under the supervision of founders Mestres Acordeon, Ra, and Suelly. Since its formation, ADB has maintained a consistent schedule of classes and has performed all over Northern California. Thanks in part to the support and enthusiasm of dedicated students and instructors ADB was able to lease Move! Studio, a 3300 sq/ft facility dedicated to the practice of capoeira and other fitness classes. Classes are held four days a week for kids and adults at Move! Please visit our website at www.adbcapoeira.com for our current class schedule.
